I am a 16 year old highschool cheerleader. I am 5'0 &1/4, but weigh 145 pounds. I need to lose weight, fast. My goal weight is 115-118, so I have a looooooong way to go. I need help! Im embarrased by my curvy shape (dont get me wrong, I'm not like super chunky, I just have real pronounced curves), it prohibits me from being the confident cheerleader I know is hiding under it all. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I dont know where to begin! I work out/run regularly, but the weight is not coming off.
(healthy, safe, but fast acting diet if possible!)
