A loaf of bread seems to dry out fast if refrigerated. If you are talking about cooked biscuits or rolls, they would do ok if wrapped in plastic wrap.

It is generally not recommended to refrigerate bread as the cooler temp causes the bread to become stale more quickly than usual. However, if conditions in your pantry are warm and humid, refrigeration might be the best best to extending the life of the bread. Mold forms quickly in warm, humid conditions and once the mold has started forming, you might as well toss it all.

I always store bread in the refrigerator. When it is left out, it gets moldy and has to be thrown away.
In the refrigerator, it can dry out a little, but with some butter or mayo, who is going to notice.

It is best to store bread at room temperature for a few days.
If more than a few days definitely FREEZE it . It holds very well for weeks frozen and when thawing it is very good.
Refrigerating is not recommended for bread.

So, no.. No problem whatsoever....

It works with any bread....

freeze it in a plastic bag, when defrosted it DOES get soggy, best is to pop it in to the toaster and set it at 'low' so it's warm but not to crunchy for consumption!
