(For those who play the Movies) How to activate downloads when you download from websites such as 8 Eyed Baby?

I really don't know what to do. Some custom content are easy to activate in the game, but some are, well, sort of hard to activate since some don't have readme files. But the question is, how to activate these hard to activate files?
