done 2 positive tests, but not seeing the doc until a wk 2day!!! sore breasts, nausea, and feeling quite juicy down below (sorry). I have no idea how far along i am, my periods have allways been messed up. Swear my belly is bigger tho, i really struggle to do up trousers, could this be the baby or bloating???

I noticed through some light studies that Vietnam was a war that began for very similar reasons to the Iraq war -- and although three different presidents thought there was no way to "win" in Vietnam, none of those three could find a plausible exit strategy... and the "plan" that Nixon came up with in 1971 and was *supposed to be enacted involved a "coalition government" (in his words) and a staged withdrawal of troops...
Also, all of the campaign speeches from 1962-72 could very well be the exact same speeches we hear today, with the word "communism" replaced with "terrorism" and the word "Kruschev" with "Bin Laden" or "Achmibenijad"...

In Iraq, we have similar circumstances, but I am wondering how similar?
I am not asking this to incite some kind of political debate! I am offering no opinion on the war, and I'm only interested in historical similarities like the ones I've identified above.

Just trying to spark a discussion on the matter.

theres this girl at school. I was her friend. she ruined my life embarassed me and gloated about all the attention she got from it. I havent spoken a single word to her in a year. The things I'm looking for are age, degree upon acceptance, gender race, etc. I have found a few schools that list some statistics, but i'm looking for a comprehensive list of medical schools with this info. Ok so my ex fiance of 6 months recently broke up with me. When she first broke up with me she told me she wanted to go back to her ex. But then about a week later I saw her with a completely different guy that wasn't her ex. I talked to her and asked her about this and her reply was "why should you care?" Then a couple weeks later I went and talked to her again. She told me that she truly loved this new guy she was with. We had broken up before and then gotten back a few weeks later and I told her "if you truly love your new boyfriend then you never would have come back to me in the first place." When she heard this she said ok and told me that the real reason was because she felt bored to me sometimes and wasn't sure if she was going to be happy in the future with me. She doesn't want to give me a second chance though. I guess the question I have is what does this all mean?? Does she still have feelings for me? What am I suppposed to make of this situation??

Man is the only animal species that moraly doesnt practice polygamy, although it's biological - in that we inherited the genes of our stone-age ansestors who were world-class polygamists. It's hard for a man to have one partner and we will always have the desire to have more then one partners, it's a fact. So since polygamy is biologicaly necessary for reproduction, why are we against it? I mean there's five women to one man, imagine if every man on earth would be faithful to one woman, what will happen to the rest of the women? go hungry? I dunno. What's your take on this.

The sun snoozepaper i feel has gone too far this morning on page 8 showing a caracature of McClaren shooting himself in the head. A jokes a joke and all that and I am in agreement that he never had the required experience for the job. But to sujest that the country wants him to do that ove a game, i think is very wrong.
