theres this girl at school. I was her friend. she ruined my life embarassed me and gloated about all the attention she got from it. I havent spoken a single word to her in a year. Now she is trying to force me to talk to her. She is asking my friends to do the same. I hate her and now my friends are mad at me cuz went i reject her she yells at them and cries. What do i do aside from sitting alone?

Obviously this person at your school is begging for attention. Why not just casually speak to this person nut yet avoid her enough so that you don't actually have to get involved in actual conversation. If this doesn't help alert a teacher or adult. Sorry this person is making your school life more difficult.

First, she is making such a big fool of herself she should be the one embarrased!
I say stay the course , ignor them all and be the bigger person and act like it doesn't bother you one bit and just smile if you can arond them bc you are thinking of something else , not them, huh? right! ... and laugh at them on the inside bc they're NUTS! not you.... Remember,you can never argue with silence. And (their actions speak louder than words. they look like fools to everyone else regardless of what others are doing or saying about it.)you are the brave and strong one it sounds like.
You didn't say how your life was "ruined" but that might be the key. email me if you wish and i'll give you a little more input if I can.
Maybe try to make a new friend or two in the mean time..

Your friends will be your friends regardless of what she does. Just continue to avoid this girl. She sounds like she has some emotional instability. Go speak to a school counselor or teacher, or even your parents and get some advice on how to handle her. Your friends will not leave you. If they do, then they weren't good friends to begin with. It's better to be alone and to do what is right, especially in this case.

You must be in high school, drama drama drama. Take her power away its easy all you have to do is start talking to her again. Pretend to have gotten over what ever she did to you. We all only live once why make it hard on yourself. Or you can become her best friend if at all possible and wait till she tells you some dirty little secret that you can use to get back at her.

Try to make new friends and forget about the ones that did this to you. You could also try to reason with this girl and come to a truce if thats possible but it doesn't seem likely. The last option would be to switch schools.

If your friends are really your friends, and you explain to them exactly what you are feeling about this girl, they will tell her to go away when she makes these requests of them.
Talk to her, ONCE, and set the boundaries. Explain that if she keeps it up, you will go to the authorities.
Then follow through. If she continues, you should go first to your guidance counselor and explain the situation. Then ask him/her what to do next. Try a teacher.
Parents are also a good source of advice for this kind of situation. They know more than we tend to give them credit for.

Getting the police in contact is the only way he would be out of your life for solid. Why do no longer you want to pass to the police? they're there to guard you. they'll manage this scumbag accurately.
