He is actually a Born Again Christian.
Jesse's favorite song from his new album is a song called "Invincible". The song was written about a high school friend of Jesse's who died in a car-crash.
Jesse McCartney was born in New York City to Scot McCartney and Ginger Sarber.
Jesse wrote & performed an exclusive song, "We Can Go Anywhere" for his new movie "Keith" which is due out sometime in Spring 2007.
McCartney has also pursued an acting career, playing J.R. Chandler on the television soap opera All My Children from 1998 to 2001.

My favourite song of his is the one he did for the Princess Diaries film. 'Because You Live!
Did you know he also did a song for Ice Princess? 'Get Your Shine On' Not one of his best, i must say.
