My brother is 21 and I am 23 and we both still live at home! I leave him alone and try to stay far far away. Like aims and shoots his pellet gun at me. Spits on me and throws stuff at me. He hasnt laid his hands on me lately, but in the past he has. I cant even go outside to leave or come home (he always outside) because I am SCARED! Whats his problem?

hello everybody and thanks for reading my question.
from six months ago I was trying to buy a multifamily property in glendale. property costs around 1000000 $ and I want to pay 100000 as a down payment. property is located in good area and projected income is arount 50000 per year. considering todays option arm loans do you think its a wise investment? my calculations shows that the interest only monthly payment is around 7500$ which shows that I will owe
7500-5000=2500 per month or 12*2500 per year.if I try to sell the property in two years do you think its a wise investment?
what should I ethically do with the realtor? he helped me build up my credit and right now he is pushing me to buy this property saying that we put a lot of time looking for it and...
I still think it is not a wise investment what do you think?

he was so so brave to attack Iraq because of the weapons of mass destruction biz but now N.K. possesses them, so why doesn't Dubya rush into war now? geeez I am so confused, he was a tough cowboy macho amigo to save the world and now he cowards like a dog. Met a guy 2 years ago through a friend. He was 28 & I was 23. From the start we grew really close, he messed me around slightly during the process as he knew he liked me, but wasn't sure if he wanted any commitments right now & didn't want to end up hurting me, as he could probably cheat on me or something. So he ended up saying that he can't do it right now as he wasn't in that frame of mind. I said to him then that I have an opportunity to start seeing someone else now, so I want to be 100% sure that you are serious & told him that there was no going back after this, he still said that it would be best to be friends right now. He kept calling me after for a few months & I told him that it was best that we go our seperate ways as he told me what he wants & doesnt want. 2 years later he 31 me 25 things on my behalf hav changed I hav got an even more successful job & hav just brought a new house we hav got in contact again, went for a drink & is wanting something serious with me.
