Viru is not old as Sachin, Dravid, Ganguly and Anil. Anil has already declared that he will quit ODI after the world cup. I think it is time for Sachin and Ganguly to retire from ODI and concentrate in test matches. Dravid should continue as captain with talented youngsters in the team for one or 2 years till such time the team is moulded as a fighting unit and then retire.
