My dog is REALLY not too bright, but she's really sweet and doesnt bite, she barks though.

I work with young people and have noticed things about their behaviour which I hadn't really noticed before. Some of them are really assertive and say what is on their mind, irrespective of whether they are right or wrong. Others always want to help everyone with their problems, irrespective of whether their help is needed or not. None of these qualities are bad, but I noticed that the ones that are helpful, are sometimes out to please people, without thinking about their own needs, and or often taken advantage off. So I would like to know, why do some people look as being nice as a sign of being a push over?

It makes me crazy when I substitute teach in pre-K and kindergarten classes in schools in poor neighborhoods and the emphasis is on lining up quietly. The emphasis should be on constantly reading to these kids, who will NOT get it at home. I will be student-teaching in the fall, and then will be a certified teacher. I want to read to the class while lining up for recess, which will not work. But how can I get in lots of reading time around the time constraints?

i just checked my dogs temprature, and it was 99.9.

does it mean she will give birth????

because they told me that if the temp is under 100 degrease that they will give birth witin 24 hrs.

but im jus wondering cause if u think about it its 99.9 degrease, 0.1 degrease lower.

There are some things I'm confused with the word "brand." I've broken them down into two parts below...

1) When we want to find out the company of someone's shirt, we say "what brand is your shirt?"
Does that also mean we can say "what brand is your car?" to ask about the car company, for example?
If not, does the word "brand" only apply to certain types of companies only?

2) Sometimes people say "brand" to implicate the whole company itself, and sometimes a certain line of products within a company (which makes it even more confusing). Is this correct?

For example, I've seen editors that refer to a popular videogame series from a company as a "brand." So, "Pokemon" and "Zelda" are Nintendo's brands.

Ok i've been best friends with this guy for 10 years now and he's been a good buddy to me and helped me alot. (by the way, i'm straight )... But one thing i could never understand is how he would always date girls like CRAZY i mean every month he was with a different girl and he would cheat on them and lie really bad. Anyways, Last week i talked with one of his ex girlfriends, and she asked me if he was gay!. and i was totally SHOCKED!, i told her "why would you ask me that?".

She said that she found gay websites listed on his computer and other things relating to bisexuals as well. I could not believe it, now that i look back on our friendship i do notice that were questions about his sexuality. In the past when some of my friends would tell gay jokes around him, i remember him being very angry. But the jokes were harmless, and some of my gay friends didn't even take offence to how he takes it. He's a very sneaky guy, and sometimes lies way to much. Please, i need good advice.

Sometimes when I drink alcohol particularly rum after a few mouthfuls I get light headed, numb legs, arms and face. Could it be the sugar levels in the rum as when I used to drink it, it was premixed with cola? I don't drink rum anymore because the effects appeared to be worse then when drinking vodka or even bourbon. Has anyone else experienced this?

Why do some guys not want the title of being in a relationship, but that act and do everything that a bf and a gf do? Are men just playing the field, don't know what they want or playing games.

***MY SITUATION: i've been friend with a great guy for 5 months.
