For instance, somebody asks you to do something. You do not want to do it, and in response to the request you say (tongue in your cheek): Oh, yeah... Happy to oblige... Just let me finish ironing my shoe-laces.

In my language it would indicate that you are no going to do what you are asked to, instead you are ready to find some other (even) stupid) things to do.

What would you say to show your ignoration?

I just bought an HP Pavilion DV6226US Laptop. I need this for compiling certain programs while traveling, and when I tried to install VB6 on the computer (Vista installed) I had a lot of problems, so I switched to XP Pro, which I;m running on my other computer.

However, HP doesn;t seem to provide drivers for XP for this machine, nor do they direct you to where to find them. So, please help, if you;ve come across a similar situatin. How do I know what drivers I need? And where do I find them?

XP installed OK, but there are everal yellow exclamation marks in the Device Manager section of the Control Panel, incldung graphics drive, Ethernet controller driver, etc.

All help will be gratefully acknowledged (and if you need help to know how I got this far, let me know, and I'll keep you updated on progress.)

i have dropped the price from 450 000 to 399 000 and changed real estate agent once alredy ,the agent im with now seems pretty good though they do what everi want them too and are advertising the house on the net ,property magz local papers . should i take it off the market for a while or at least take down the for sale sign. The house is located in mardi on the NSW central coast

His touch is dreadful, he is too small and he cant score internationally. Ok he scores for Man u but so did Andy Cole and so could I ! They just create so many chances so its easy for him. I admit sometimes he scores the spectacular but once again i refer to my own ability to score a special goal, you just have to go for it once in a while. I was hoping he would be a world class striker for England for years to come but i now think his best years are behind him and that he will be the new Francis Jeffers (remember how he was hyped up?)

I'm currently getting to know my new pony - I've had her for a month now. Anyway, she gets a bit nappy and spooky when she's bored, because she's done just about everything in her time.
So I'm trying to think of exercises we can do. I've been doing trotting poles, weaving around upright poles, serpentines, figures of eight etc.
I've got access to barrels, poles, jumps, cones etc etc.

Has anyone got any ideas of fun things we can do?

Hi,
this is going to sound like something off of a tv show but i really like this girl ( fancy sounds to childish but i don't love her i am only 14 ) but my best mate also likes her and when i just pluck up the courage to ask her out, my mate does and gets rejected.................do i ask her out and risk losing my best mate or just move on, plenty more fish in the sea kinda thing cos i know he still likes her

Oh and please don't start going " your too young to have girlfriends, you should focus on your education " and stuff cos i do focus on my education but still..........why not?
