I work at Wal-Mart, and I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day, and everyday after work my feet are so sore. I was wondering what the best shoes are, especially for someone that is on their feet practically all day. I'd be willing to pay up to $100 dollars for a good pair of shoes that actually works. I'd appreciate some suggestions.

What happens to the brain? Is a certain chemical in the brain stuck/trapped causing a build-up and then in time an explosion causing a person to go insane? Or is their a chemical that is released to soon or not released, causing a person to go insane? I'm very sure that im wrong, so what causes a person to go "bonkers"? I know that someone has to witness a horrifying/unbelievable act to do so, but there is more to it then that.

Has it even been studied yet?

We assume that by moving our hand we can 'cause' a ball to be tossed in the air...and we take it for granted as we seem to be able to observe all sorts of instances of this.

When a shadow hand moves though, we can observe a shadow ball being tossed upward as well...but we wouldn't say that the shadow hand 'causes' the shadow ball to be thrown, right?

So why do we presume that anything we see is really causal and not simply concurrent spontanaeity?

(if I recall correctly David Hume discussed this kind of stuff?)

98 Saturn SL2, when you let off the gas and start to slow down, when it hits approx 1500 rpms, the needle jumps a bit and when you apply the brake it feels like the car still wants to go.Had the Throttle Position Sensor cleaned up. Anybody have any suggestions?? I mean besides getting rid of the car!

I was informed by a salesperson, that a fast 200x flash drive could be used to increase the amount of ram in a laptop computer. Example, if I have one gb already installed I could buy a 2gb centrinos flash drive at 200x and plug in to the USB2 port, and then go into Vista OS, and ask it to add memory. Has anyone heard of this? And is it really possible to add ram by pluging in a 200x flash drive, it just seems to simple to be believed?
