Honestly just work-out, when i was 14 i had fat around that area too.. it sucked not being able to take off my shirt or flex anything cause of the fat..
All i did was drink protein shakes, powder flavored protein mix, liquid creatine (too build muscle), and ripped fuel
At first you gotta lose the weight before you build the muscle so i would drink some protein, take 2 pills of ripped fuel, warmed up for an hour by shadow boxing too get u pumped, then curled, bench pressed, situps, at home.
If you dont have any weights then do situps, pushups, shadowboxing, and ull definitly loose the weight.
for muscle you have to buy atleast a set of dumbells, you need muscle too keep off the fat, how much muscle is up to you. Use creatine liquid with protein shakes too build some muscle aswell on days you dont feel like pure cardio.
As you can tell im not weight loss expert but thats all i did when i was 14, i lost weight and got cut up within about 2-3weeks.
If your just concerned about just losing weight with no muscle building or dont ever care if you have muscle.. just drink water and eat bread.. seriously ull lose mad weight but ull be sorta weak since ur not building muscle..
as for diet, i didnt at all.. id eat the greasiest pizza and burgers, but all i did was take what i took above and built muscle.. i really dont know what this dieting is all about.. just think "okay i ate two slices of pizza, ill burn it off when i workout" and then do so, try and figuire out how much you need too work out too burn that slice of pizza.. best of luck
and music helps, listen to your favorite band helps get u pumped (faster blood flow)

You're 14? Why do you need to lose weight so quickly? It's healthier to lose it slower and naturally by eating more healthy food and doing a bit of excersise each day. That way you're less likely to put the weight straight back on once you've lost it.
Good excersises at home:
Dance Mat and Eye Toy if you have a playstation: great fun and you on't realise you're excersising!
Mini trampoline thingy
Dancing around to music
Riding a bike if you have one
Rollerblading
Walking up and down the stairs (boring, but it works!)

Easy!
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Around 1,500 calories.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
No special diet,no herbal/dangerous/illegal drugs will fix it for you in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

Cut out carbohydrates, eat protein (salmon and chicken are great) drink only water, no fizzy drinks or juice because they contain hidden calories and excercise - yoga is good for toning tummies. I did this for about a month and I saw some quite astonishing results.
But you are only 14, so don't make a habit of wanting to lose weight so quickly, it can easily lead to obsession, so be careful and make sure you treat yourself once in a while!

There is no fast rule in losing weight.
Sorry but that is the fact.
Should you want to entertain a gradual weight loss, try this:
Every morning, ditch your coffee or tea or whatever you drink.
Instead, put a tsp or two of cider vinegar in your cup/mug.
Pour hot water almost to boiling point.
Sweeten with honey.
Drink it.
Keep it as a routine.
You will lost weight without you knowing.
Don't forget to tone up.
10 minutes everyday.

Hiya honey, Its not that good for you to loose weight quickly. Cut out the fatty foods, go for a walk or swim. Maybe exercise vid/dvd. But don't worry, its puppy fat. Concentrate on school and having fun, you are only 14! Take care, good luck! xxx

Exercise and healthy eating - if you have no acces to the gym (which is good because you are only 14), do something like a lot of walking, ride your bike, do some sport (go play tennis, or basketball, or football with friends...) or go for runs.

aww hunny if i had the anwer to this i would be a rich woman i wish i could lose weight too but the food is just too tempting,just try to cut down on the fatty foods and stick to healthy stuff,boring i know but a necessaty if you want to lose pounds.xxgood luck my friend.

first check with your doctor..that you are able to exercise.
diet & exercise go hand and hand...
diet..keep it healthy.. protein..lean meat..fish..egg white omlettes..plenty of fruits & veggies...
skim milk..orange juice.
try to keep it as fresh as possible...
learn to read the labels on foods..to check fat & sodium content.
absolutely no fast foods, bread, ice cream, sugar, white flour, cookies, cakes, candies... etc,..
exercise..start slowly and build up gradually..sit ups...crunches, ..
go to the library and find a beginners book to weight lifting..
do they have height lifting equiptment at school?...
use it..work out everyday...
walk..run..get invloved in sports...
watch what you eat..and you will begin to get back into shape.
