Understand that you are as capable as anyone in any activity that you are used to. Understand that while some may be better than you at some things, many will be worse than you at those things. Understand that trying is admirable and positive, while not trying is denying the privilege of living. It never matters if you fail, as long as you have tried your best. Trying your best will bring you confidence too. Learn from your mistakes. Ask for and be thankful for feedback from others that you trust. Try to take on an adventurous outlook in life, so difficulties are not defeats, but merely new experiences. Look around you. There are so many people worse off than you in so many ways. Be thankful for your abilities and privileges in life, and you will find that more will come your way. As you succeed along the way, more confidence will be a result. Understand that you are already successful in so many things. Just look at the intelligence in the kind of question you ask. Bye!

I HAD NO CONFIDANTS. BECAUSE I CANT SPELL.I JOINED A VOLUNTEERS GROUP I AM GAINING MORE AND MORE CONFIDANTS I STILL CANT SPELL I STILL
GET EMBARRASSED BUT I AM TRYING HARD. I DID NOT HAVE MUCH SCHOOLING. I AM GETTING THERE. HOLD YOUR HEAD UP HIGH AND TELL YOUR SELF YOU CAN DO ANYTHING . BELEAVE ME YOU CAN.

I find that going on runs and bike rides makes me more confident. After that booze.... ya...

by being brave and confronting thier darkest omens and fears.. only then can true confidence grow.. knowing within that you have been honest to yourself and courageous when you needed to be..
