Easy....Claire de Lune....I can listen to that piece over and over for the rest of my life and never tire of it.

For a music box, I would choose a tune that does not depend too much on expression. The Harmonious Blacksmith by GF Handel. The more the sound resembles that of a classical guitar, the better.
