OMG! I just asked the same question about mine, i have the casio felite! lol
They are a biatch to re-set, I sell them for a living and cannot do it!!!!
If I get an answer I`ll tell you!

Paul, according the manual, you hold the B button (which is the lower of the two) for 5 seconds, the use the A button (the top one) to select the time zone. The time zone we need it GMT 0 which is when the seconds hand is on 12, but its not working, its setting my time to twenty past one!!
I`ll keep trying and let you know how I get on!

Ive managed to set mine, but had to set it to gmt+5, which is the number 5 on thed face when setting it!

Hope you manage it!

I have 3 radio controlled devices in my house, they have all changed overnight to the correct time. Your watch should have done the same whenever it got a signal. You should not have to change the time zone if it was already set and working. Are you getting a radio signal ok? Within 200 miles of Rugby was the original criteria! Maybe that has changed since I last heard.

Make sure you are not set for the Frankfurt transmitter as it is one hour ahead of uk at most times. The Casio can be reset for either.

ADDED>> It's still Rugby, but changing in April.
