All bets are on Ron. Harry is the main character and a big money-getter for J.K. Rowling. She won't kill him off just yet. But Ron's character has been fading into the background in the last few books as Harry's angst has taken the foreground. If Ron dies, there will be more angst and he will get a large, dedicated cult following (like when L died in the super-popular manga and anime Death Note.)

I think that he will die in the book, because in the 5th book they said something like neither of us can live while the other survives, so i think that he will die in his attempt to kill voldemort.
