For instance, somebody asks you to do something. You do not want to do it, and in response to the request you say (tongue in your cheek): Oh, yeah... Happy to oblige... Just let me finish ironing my shoe-laces.

In my language it would indicate that you are no going to do what you are asked to, instead you are ready to find some other (even) stupid) things to do.

What would you say to show your ignoration?

Sarcasm (noun); sarcastic (adjective).

You could say, "I'd love to!" Another reply could be, "What did your last servant die of?"
