I've owned guns and shot them since I was a little boy. My grandfather gave me my own shotgun when I was 10 years old. I owned my first centerfire rifle when I was 11. I got my first handgun when I was 18. I shot assault rifles in the military, as well as in law enforcement. I'm also proficient in submachineguns, long-range rifles, handguns, and shotguns.
I guess you can say I've handled a few. The key is being respectful of the weapon and what it can do. Be respectful of others, and give the shooting sports a good image.

Magnum is my top notch.. Was my friends dad's guns.
I want to get one.
I'm a martial artist....dedicate nearly my entire life to it. about 8 years of experience.. Never been in my fight, but i want a gun.
I can confidentally disarm someone with a gun pointed at me from atleast 10 feet.
When defeinding yourself and/or family...there is no better device though...than a gun.
note..still in college..tahst why i dont' own one right now. Would break my lease...have knives and sword

Yes. I have one with me right now.
They are difficult to shoot and don't believe that stuff on TV when people shoot someone exactly where they aimed. Thats nonsense. And when someone is shot they will be on the floor in shock, not chasing someone down the street. Rambo or no Rambo!
P.S. I am a police officer - thats why I have a gun.

Yep. I have for work.
I had to get mine out the other day because I thought someone was breaking in. Turns out it was just a strong wind that knocked off a window cover.

It's a tool of my work now for well over 20 years.
