I'm 13, and I do gymnastics, and run track and field.
Thats just me, but young teenagers could get involved in different sports like soccer, baseball, basketball, swimming, and more. They really help you become stronger, competitive, faster, inshape, and more active.
Exercises that work for young teenagers when they come home from school, or in their daily basis, is simple stretches. Like touching their toes( stretch the calf), maybe a few pushups( for heart, shoulders). I rollerblade, and run outside with my group of friends. Running is very fun, and a good exercise, becuase it helps your heart rate, and it could be a good workout. I sit on the floor and reach for me toes, or get in a butterfly position to stretch my legs. Jumping jacks LOLZ Haha! I'm kidding. Like squats, to work on the thighs. Theres alot, but the best teenage exercise is getting involved in a sport. That really helps, and its fun.
Oh, and eating right makes you feel and look healthier, thats very important!!! Well, bye!!!
