my mom told me I was very critical, for ex I am seeing this guy that told me that the last person he dated was not well spoken she is 37 y/o to make a long story short she uses the word "were" instead of "was" and vice versa and he also shared with me that this is what bothered him about her, and I told my mom about it b/c I thought it was funny. My mom said to that I should stop being so critical and stuck up just b/c I am in school and everyone is not blessed to have that opportunity.But how can you not be critical of that. WTF it doesn't really have anything to do with being in school, you learn to speak proper english in elementary! I admit I am a bit judgemental so how can I train myself not to be.

The older I get, the more I see and learn, the more convinced I become that all people everywhere believe the Bible. Even those who do not even have a Bible believe its primary principles without realizing it. It appears to me that even the worst hypocrite, the vilest atheist, even those people believe the Holy Bible.

The difference seems to be whether or not they believe IN the Holy Bible.

One does not see someone going down the street, robbing, killing, and raping everyone they see, destroying everything they do not like, and one would expect this if my analysis was wrong.

So what I am really asking is, do you agree with this analysis, and if not, why?

OK So I had a package of chicken tenderloins in the freezer... they weren't like gross or anything, a lil ice hair. So i rinsed them in cold water and tossed them in the skillet. They looked weird when they were cooking... like a salmon pink almost. I seasoned it up and now that its done... i'm leary. Should I eat it? Or save it for when my hubby gets home and pretend I made it just for him?? -evil grin-

I look at the news, and see good people of all religions suffering. Children, babies, mothers, and fathers of all religions and races. I want to ask your opinion about why good people have to suffer through hardship. I already have some idea about it, but I want to know your's. And it's not just the news. There are people who are much less fortunate who don't even have a home to live in. I thank God at least 5 times daily for giving me a life of ease, and for everyone else who has been blessed with anything good. So why do some good people, in your opinion, have it so hard? And another question is, why do some people have the inability to accept that everyone doesn't believe as they do? We as people should be working towards getting along and living in peace, not doing our best to break others down and trying to harm them.

i went to babysit the kids of the family i newly started working for. the 5 year old boy told me that his mom called me a bad a name bcoz she didn't like the work i had done when i was tutoring him.he started asking her right after he told me that what the word was. i do not think he was fabricating! he also said she slammed his homework on the table.
i just found this job and need money, but i was really disappointed by the mother's behavior. i feel totally disrespected...i'm wondering how i could find a good 20hours/week job...

When a guy gets a girl pregnant without her consent, he's a sex offender and a felon. But when God knocks up Mary without her consent, it's all ok.

Hey, I think most any woman would be ok with carrying a child if she later learned it was the direct offspring of God. But that's consent after-the-fact. Where is it written that Mary was cool with being knocked up from the moment of conception?

Sounds like God slipped Mary the ultimate mickey.

Is there a double standard here?
