Fish are easily the most often abused and mistreated of all pets. You could never find someone that would tell you they bought 10 dogs and they all died in a week! Or few if any other animals for that matter!

I believe this is largely due to the fact that many people are poorly educated on how to properly care for fish, and in many cases don't even see them as "pets"...just as a piece of furniture.

Which brings me to another question. Does the aquarium industry intentionally give little to no information to their customers? Do they thrive off the cycle off uninformed customers coming back to buy more and more fish? I know for a fact that fish stores see clueless customers as big money...i worked at one.

If you buy a dog/cat you will find the seller will spend hours with you telling you everything you need to know and educating you about the breeds etc. Why isn't it the same for fish?

i put the wires color to color...i have a 91 ford taurus and it has premium sound but the guy at the audio place said i can get by with a harness that is non premuim sound...i have it color to color...i have power but no sound...the blue antenna and orange wires on the harness are not hooked up cuz the orange is the dimmer and the blue there is no other place to wire it to....what may i have done wrong.

I mean he's already cheated on me twice, and i'm scared to lose him, i do love him!! We're to be married on april 22nd 2008. he tells me he loves me but i don't feel like he feels the spark between us anymore, am i wrong or is it possibe? victoria's secret has a new beauty brand called "mood" and it has 3 variants: yearn, sweet craving and succulent. i love smelling like vanilla caramel sundae and sweet craving seemed another option aside from aquolina's pink sugar. i sent my boyfriend out on a mission to victoria's secret to check it out and told me the scent was utterly sexy (he just probably missed me). but knowing him, he always has this bias opinion with the things i like. so i was wondering if any of you have actually tried the product and could tell me how was the product like? thanks.

It's crazy! For three months i had a MySpace page with absolutely no photo posted and I recieved absolutely no friend requests. I recently posted my Avatar photo without changing any thing else. I also stored a couple of pictures of my avatar wearing different looks. Needless to say I have been getting friend requests everyday! What the deal? It's still not a 'real' picture!
