Handcuffs for the wrists and ankles please, I love that feeling that I'm hopelessly stuck for as long as you like, silk scarves are great for the blindfold, gag and definately for the final appendage (which should be tied tightly too!!!)

Fur-lined velvet restraints. But if I have to choose one of your two options, silk scarves. Cuffs dislocate wrists too easily.

Ah yes..the sensuality of silk scarves....AND for added oomph, spray a little of his or her or your favorite cologne on them.
Be sure when the time is right to attempt to untie them....with your teeth.
