I have a badly bruised hand which is swollen but not broken.Any remedys to get the swelling down?

Elevate it and put ice on it.

An ice pack and some asprin is certainly going to help reduce the swelling, but without knowing the circumstances of the injury it's hard to give a complete answer.

Arnica cream/gel and Arnica 30 tablets are Homoeopathic treatments. Works wonders!! Try Neal's Yard which are Homoeopathic chemists.

I'd put padding around the handle of the crutches. You might not be using them properly either. Have you gotten proper instructions on how to walk with them?

clean your hand with antiseptics.then apply povidone iodine ointment.take trypsin+chymotrypsin tabs for three times a day for 3 days along with some analgesics.

ice will do the trick! just put ice and try to stay of of it and u will be fine !
