Call or e mail your local girl scout council in Salem, OR and ask them if any troops have left over cookies. if any do, maybe they will give you the troop leaders phone or e mail info., or have them call you.
There is a great chance that some troops still have left over cookies. The sale there ended 3 weeks ago officially, but the money was just turned in about 2 weeks ago. My daughters troop (her in PA) still has boxes left, and our sale ended in the 3rd week of Feb. In fact, the leader just dropped off about 14 boxes today for me to try and sell.
Here is the info. for you to call where you live in Salem, OR:

Once a year the Girl Scouts sell the cookies as a fund raiser. That's when they come and ring your bell and ask if you'd like to buy some. When the season is over it is over.So you may want to stock up next time.I know that I do.But maybe you can ask one of the scout leaders if she can give you either the e mail address or regular address and you can write to see if they can sell you some.It is worth a try.Best of luck to you.

girl scouts are not allowed to sell cookies over the internet, safety issues for kids on line. GS are always double/triple safe with the kids.
cookies are sold year round in different parts of the country, but many troups by extras. Call your local elem or middle school, ask for the GS rep, ask them if they know any troops in your area that still have cookies.
if that doesn't work, try another local school, or possibly the high school. By high school, they don't have as many scouts and don't order as many cookies per troop, so it may be harder to find them.

They were selling them in front of grocery stores about a month ago. I think you've missed the season, but you might look up the Girl Scouts in the phone book and call the local office. There might be someone who has a stash and would be willing to sell some. Next February, just look in front of the larger supermarkets and get a few extra to put in the freezer.

I'm not sure what kind of search you did on eBay, but I just checked and there definitely are a bunch of people selling them from the 2007 season. Check my source link and you'll find pages of results on eBay.
Whether you really want to purchase some from there is a totally different question.

from girl scouts?
hahaha... just because the season is over, doesnt mean mommie and daddy didnt buy a bunch of boxes so
that their little girl would get the "best seller" awards.
i saw a few selling in front of kroger just 3-4 days ago.
also.. a while back in kroger... one of the local ice cream makers had a:
"Girl scouts: thin mints" flavored ice cream
with little chunks of cookie inside!!!

Girl Scouts pride themselves in being on of the few things you cant buy on the Internet. You have to buy them from a girl scout.

Without playing games, don’t be available 100% of the time or let your life be an open book. A man that comes on too strong or doesn’t have outside interests will scare a woman away just as much as it would if the circumstances were reversed. Read here http://AttractAnyWoman.emuy.info/?69ln
Women don’t want to feel as though they are completely responsible for your happiness and that is what it feels like when the other person has no outside interests. Men who are overeager or jump when the woman says jump are the ones who are more likely to end up in the friend zone. This doesn’t mean that you should play the game of not calling for a few days; it means that you should set healthy boundaries until you both naturally find a spot for the other in your lives.
