my daughter is 10 months old, when me and my husband are with her she clings to me more than him, she gets excited to see me, but when we go out she puts her arms out to be held by anyone, i like it thats shes social and not shy but when im around my mom or best friend which is about once a week my daughter cant get out of my hands fast enogh to get into theirs, and this upsets me and makes me feel like she likes them better, like yesterday me and my best friend went to the store and came back my daughter crawled past me to get to her, my question is does anyone elses kids do this, is it normal for me to feel this way.

Ok this morning I wake up and my girlfriend is getting read for work. she then turns round and says whos dot. ( I have a friend on my phone as "." becuase I was too lazy to put their name in)
I couldnt remember who it was but said just a mate.
Then she starts to have a go at me about who it is. she thinks its another woman that I want to be with which its not and Im telling her this but I dont want to tell her the name because she has this real big thing about wanting to know who I talk to all the time. She used to go through my phone and quiz me on new numbers and messages I get.
I told to her just to "jack it in and leave." meaning leave the conversations and go to work. She took it that I wanted to break up. I tried to convince her that I dont want to break up but she didnt believe me. So i just said fine pack your things and leave its obviously what she wants as it comes up in every argument "i want to break up with her blah"
I just told her im staying at my dads tonight

Like listening to music and following fashion trends. Does it prevent us from becoming individuals because we are all doing the same thing? Or does it awaken our imagination and aid creativity?

Advice please. I have just adopted a three year old blue merle border collie from an animal rescue.
The only history given was that he was brought up with 3 children and a cat and was given to the rescue (along with the cat) because his owners where moving and the new property had a 'No Pets' policy. I will never know if this story is true or false.
I haven't brought him home yet as I am having new fencing put up in my garden to make it pooch proof. I go to the rescue most days to walk him, I hope to fetch him home next week. He isn't use to a lead, he tries to bite it in a playful way. He pulls like mad too. Would a haltie be a good idea once I get him home? The rescue give me a choker to walk him with, but he pants and chokes like crazy. He will sit, lie give paw on command but they are brief, as soon as he sits he's up again and the same for lie down. He doesn't like other dogs and isn't neuterd. Ides or advice welcome. Would agility be a possibility in future or is he too old?

I have tried for several years to get someone to do some renovation work on the sandstone features on the front of my business premses. All I get is broken promises or very high ( speculative) Quotes. I have decided to have a go myself with help from friends/family. If anyone knows of any websites or books that would help, I would appreciate the information.

I've got three employees that are driving me mad.

Person1: Possible drug habit, obvious criminal history, and yet huge potential for the business. Been here 4 mos and is now missing tons of time. I've seen him come to work 4 days this month b/c of his personal problems. Yet, when he comes to work-- he gets things done. What should I do?

Person 2: Weighs about 450 lbs and does not take care of himself. His weight causes him to be absent about 7-9 days a month b/c of related illnesses. He is an important role in our business and we don't have anyone else to do his job. His meds cause him to fall asleep while working and he is so slow at work now. What should I do? Been with us for 15 years!

Person 3: Been here for over 20 years and knows the business very well. She can work really hard and knows a lot of trades, but her personal problems are taking up 2 days/week. She is always late to work. What should I do?

Should I make them part-time? Fire? I'm so discouraged.

Fridays are "fun school" days for my two youngest and myself. (they are 7 and 5, sometimes my 17 year old joins us) This is the day we go on a field trip, do a craft, play educational games, etc. I'm out of ideas at the moment. The weather should be cool and sunny.
Any suggestions?

I am not sure if anyone saw the last A.I. but Haley is so georgeous and a great singer. She has a pretty smile, lovely legs, and a really cute butt. I was watching her and I gotta say she turns me on. Next week, I am going to make sure I have some tissues and lotion next to me while I watch her alone in my apartment cause I know what she will end up making me do. She is smokin!!!!!
