I've never heard of a pro-war petition, though there may be some historical instance of some insane dictatorship who engineered such a thing.
I doubt any modern government would respond to a pro-war petition because it opens the prosecution of war to the vagaries of public opinion, which could just as easily sway against continued bloodshed if things got tough.

any one is for the woe.is a absolutely not, is all ready Brain wash from the bush,he always try to project his own wrong point to manipulate the public opinion ,many wick person already adapt to,his theory and take the wrong position,check the fact ;and form you own opinion!
