I work with a co-worker that's rude to everyone including the manager and I can't stand it anymore. What do I do?

You just keep to yourself and let him be embarrased by his behaviour...it's hard, but keep a stiff upper lft...what comes around goes around

1. Figure out if one person is worth giving up an otherwise good job for.

2. Don't worry about how rude this person is to other people; they have to find a way to handle it.

3. When they are rude to you either ignore them or kill them with kindness.

4. Always be professional; don't be rude in return. All it will do is give them more power and create even more drama in the workplace.

DRIVE Him INSANE!

Create a new e-mail account with his name on yahoo or something and send it to his work e-mail address all day with random messages. You could include links about being too negative, lazy, gossiping at work, and whatever else he does to drive you crazy; this may straighten out the problem a bit!

If not, it will drive hir crazy having e-mails coming in! Use the computers at your local library.

Have a sit down with each and everyone, explain to them that you not happy with abc, eventually will call a meeting for everyone to voice out opinions. Good luck

Ask them questions with a feigned air of innocence..."are you upset? you seem out of sorts this morning?" "did you mean to use that tone of voice or are you upset about something else?"

Keep asking enough times in that dopey way and s/he will get the hint.
