i have an idea based on safety and security, due to the growing problem of global warming. i have the idea, and who i want to market the unts toinitially, but i have no finances at all and although each unit will be built to order, i hope to have at least one unit in every home all over the world, dependant on cost. i am prepared to just split all any any profits, and to let someone else take the manufacturing and marketing side of things. i and people who are aware of this idea have said its a winner, i just need someone to give me a chance, or point me in the next direction to find out if anyone else has the same idea. i know of units that are used by the military, and not to the same spec but with the same idea, but then Ford has a different style to ferrari, but the ideas the same with 4 wheels an engine and a body.

I absolutely HATE the taste of acohol!!! But sometimes, I want to sit back and have a few drinks with my friends. I like amoretto sours, but I'm tired of drinking those- plus I heard theres not much alcohol in those. I need something that doesn't taste like alcohol, but can give me a good buzz- or just relax me. Any suggestions? I don't like orange juice or mango or anything like that...so leave those suggestions out. haha.

He wants the family thing but yet attitude of single man. Meaning what is his business only pertains to him resents advice or imput about his company life etc. His modo is only speak when spoken too. Verbal, mental and physical abuse have been present. He apologizes but then acts nasty later deleting the good he tried to do to make up. I want this to all work out but I feel lost unmotivated in trying to keep things going when I basically take care of everything. Help plus the fact he tells me hes going to marry me one day and the next hes not. completely confused!

Ethel was a bit of a demon in her wheelchair and loved to charge around the nursing home, taking corners on one wheel, and getting up to maximum speed on the long corridors.
Because the poor woman was one sandwich short of a picnic, the other residents tolerated her, and some males actually joined in.

One day, Ethel was speeding up one corridor when a door opened and Kooky Clarence stepped out with his arm outstretched.

"STOP!" he shouted in a firm voice. "Have you got a license for that thing?" Ethel fished around in her handbag and pulled out a Kit Kat wrapper, and held it up to him.

"OK" he said, and away Ethel sped down the hall. As she took the corner near the TV lounge on one wheel, weird Harold popped out in front of her and shouted "STOP! Have you got proof of insurance?"

Ethel dug into her handbag, pulled out a drink coaster, and held it up to him. Harold nodded and said, "Carry on, ma'am."

I have not really trained much in the last 4 years, but have PB's of 33:35 for 10k Road, and 15:21 for 5k Road, both of which I achieved when I was 17, and only doing 10-15 miles a week of serious training.

I have resolved to start training again, and have set the goals of running 10k in 30 minutes or less and 5k in 14 minutes or less by next January. Could any of you give me any advice on how to build mileage and train to do this?

my upper thighs seem to not want to tone, no matter how much excercise i do. im 119 pounds and 5'3 1/2 inches. does this mean i need to lose weight to make them look thinner, because the excercise certainly isnt working?

Ok, so I have been doing web development since 16 and am currently 20. I've been working the past year at this firm. It's a pretty small company.

I started out as an intern and am still an intern after a year. I worked full time in the summers and during breaks (still in college) and part time while in school.

My problem is that I feel I don't get paid enough. There are other interns here that get paid the same amount I do (15$/Hr) for doing word processing and submitting forms. I've put up with it for the past year but it's starting to get on my nerves.

I've developed over three fully functional websites for them, one being a fully PHP/MySQL site with users, three huge databases and the bells and whistles.

Past like month the pay has been bothering me as I feel I have proven myself so I've been coming in slightly late because I'm just not motivated enough, my bosses just brought that issue up to me about my current lateness (15 minutes). Should I find a new job or ask for a rais
