Of course, some of the moralistic righteous will feel compelled to judge you poorly, but remember; "Judge not" and "Those who live in glass houses". It is all "Sticks & Stones", if you get my meaning. Whereas, if there is a God, being right with your situation is most important. In some cases, relationships end. It is only natural and God is not against nature. If the marriage failed and you've handled things in the best possible way, then God isn't scoring your separation against you. Being separated doesn't make you a bad person. It is a new beginning, so make the best of your past, present and future. Enjoy!

I can't imagine that HE likes it. Think about it for a moment. HE doesn't like lies for there is a commandment about it, then why would HE like the fact that 2 people promise (vow) to love, honor and cherish each other in richer or poorer in sickness & health until death do they part and then they decide well they've had enough and want out; wouldn't that be a big, fat lie in and of itself. I mean, if one person becomes violent and physically abusive then really you wouldn't have much choice but what lead that person there if they weren't like that before. This is why people should not get married untel they are sure that it's right for them. Many people get married for the now aspect of the relationsihp "I'm in love you so much NOW." or worst the sexual part of it. They don't discuss their religion, morals, children, etc. until the subject arises. Sure things change but the couple should trust in their love and respect for one another to work out the situation. There will always be a problem but how you work it out with your mate is the true test of any relationship. Best wishes and take care.

In the Bible there is very few exceptions to separation in marriage(one or two). Marriage is an oath taken before God
and witnesses saying that you will remain together till death do you part. He is not happy when this oath isn't taken seriously.

God doesn't feel anything about it; why should he? You were the ones who chose each other - and now that it hasn't worked out, you're separating. Why on earth should any of it be any concern of his?

No one knows how God feels. Although I have a feeling that an infinite being such as himself has bigger things to worry about than man's relationship woes.

God hates divorce! But he made a provision for it. He said "Because of the hardness of your heart" It is a commandment for a man to love his wife. The bible says A man who hates his wife hates himself! It is not a commandment for a wife to love her husband. The bible says If the man loves his wife, she in turn will love him.
I'd say that pretty much sums up why I believe that when a marriage fails its the mans fault! LOL
