I alsways have a redface. I mean I always have a red nose, red cheeks and sometimes a red forehead. I also get hot very easily so is this the cause? and if so how can I stop it?

I am about 5'5 and I am in the normal weight range. I really dont need to lose a lot of weight, I just need to be a few pounds smaller. I dont have a "big butt", its basically flat but it is a lil bit wide. Does anyone know good exercises to make the backside smaller? Ever since I can remember Ive been questioning and analyzing the society that we live in. It seems that materialiasm has taken over individualism. If im correct there was a time where knowledge was valued and appreciated. A time where people thrived on great literature and philosophy. Entertainment, food, and sex are valued in our so called "progressive" society. If all we need are physical pleasures then we may as well become farm animals. I believe we are several centuries behind in terms of social culture. I dont feel like I was supposed to be born in this era. Does anyone feel the same? No ignorant answers please!

I have to go on field trip tomorrow and will be in Chicago. I'm thinking of wearing my favorite jeans (they fit really well), a simple black thermal, and heeled wingtips (it'd be wiser to wear flats, but I walk SO slow in flats!). But the big problem is my purse--I don't want to carry a purse AND a backpack to carry my lunch in, so I'm thinking of carrying a nice sized handbag with lime, emerald, light blue, dark blue, tan, and white stripes (it's a Kate Spade knock-off). It has a unique shape--it's wider on all sides at the bottom and narrows to two inches wide and eight inches long. Not counting its stiff straps, it's about 10 inches tall. Would that work? Should I add lime (it's the most noticeable color on the bag) to the rest of my outfit?
