I am about 5'5 and I am in the normal weight range. I really dont need to lose a lot of weight, I just need to be a few pounds smaller. I dont have a "big butt", its basically flat but it is a lil bit wide. Does anyone know good exercises to make the backside smaller? ((I do not want it bigger in any way, shape or form, just to clear that up. I dont even know why girls want big butts. its crazy.)) thanks =)
