I think they are boldly marching down the same road to hell as the U.S. Episcopalians. Would the Worldwide Church be better off if it got rid of them?

The "Worldwide Church" is the Universal or Catholic Church. English Christianity is by no means "worldwide". Episcopalians and Anglicans who wish to remain faithful to the teachings of Christ and to the Holy Gospel (including the moral teachings of the Christian Faith) would do well to consider the Catholic Church which, to date, is the only Church that has not succombed to politically-correct, ethically-immoral teaching. Perhaps this is why it is probably the most hated Church by those who wish to do away with all morality and ethically correct behaviour.

no, the WWC should wait and see what happens with the Americans. i think what will happen is the ECUSA will ignore the WWC. then the conservatives will form their own organization to talk to the WWC and the WWC will accept them as speaking for true American anglicanism. then the ECUSA will sue for infringement of name or something and lawsuits will start to fly about names, property, etc.
I don't get it though (I'm not anglican). The WWC doesn't exist, does it? I mean legally or theologically. It's a communion of provinces. It has no authority, does it? and has never claimed authority. the Primates meet, Lambeth meets, but what would it mean 'kick them out'? other than 'not invite them to the next meeting'.

You can't really break up something that doesn't exist.
And the Episcopal Church has been in the Anglican Communion only since the late 19th century. So if they want to get rid of us, we'll just look at it the same way as we did in 1776.

I could care less - they are only white-washed graves anyway. Maybe no one will have to decide, I'm hoping the class action suites for child molesting will bring them down.
I wish we were not tied at the "hip" to america though. Canada would be better off if it wasn't taken in by all the bull-shtt that Americans spew.
