Somebody please tell me where conscientious attention for correct spelling and grammar have gone??? There is a difference between "there", "they're" and "their". Also between "its" and "it's". AND between "your" and "you're". Has spell check dumbed us down? (Not, that anybody seems to use it...) Does it not irritate anybody else???

I mean, what does it mean, signify ?

A stream flows from the writer's mind
through pen unto his paper
thoughts pass steady as morning light
through obstructing branches
for something lost
hidden deep down in murkiness
he searches the heavenly clouds
and the deepest oceans
the exotic wilderness of the human mind
lush, rich and evergreen throughout winter

Beneath the bushes he scours,
to find many missing songs
the cloud rains its words
heart is drawn in letters
shakes, the tree, of its green and dying leaves
mountains turned to reveal its unpleasant side
but a perfumy scent marks an uplifting taste
he rids of his piercing thorns
and hundreds of blossoming flowers

Its feelings pour unto the paper,
washing it of its emptiness
All that was hidden has unveiled itself
paper drinks elixir from the writer's heart
Writer's soul manifests itself on a piece of paper
reincarnated, it lives
A dull paper is now the writer,
Fallen rose finally blooms
in a new horizon's sun
melting the ice,
heart emptied out
he hangs himself and dies.

My condo is on the second floor with a "semi private" basement, meaning i go out my front door to the hall, down steps and then to my basement which is through a locked door. My heating system is loacted inthe basement and my cold air return system is simply in wall with no ductwork, just directed with the studs. My downstairs neighbor smells horrible and it appears that our cold air returns are on the same wall and I beleive are shared. I can smell him in the cold air return and when I turn on my heat his smell pours out of my vents. I have two questions. First, is it legal for a condo in Pennsylvania to share cold air returns? Second, please give me ideas of how to fix this problem!!! Is there something I can install at the furnace to filter out his smell? Also if the cold air return is between the studs, does that mean it should be open all the way to the basement which would allow me to drop my own ductowk in and route it directly to the basement? Please help!!!

Well if you work for a bank.Investment company or insurance company you are now on a 90% tax code( the greedy boy tax).Anyone on more than a £1000 a week ie middle managers and alike you have to prove your worth.Footballers and sportsmens, wages capped at £150 aweek.Then only if you win you get paid.Anyone in the Cad cabinet, you can fiddle and cheat,as much as you want.So that side of Govenment will not be changing... my partners brother is 13 and very unhappy at home he wants to come and live with us in Scotland(he lives in England). He was here on holiday last fortnight and didn't want to go home. He is living with his mum just now in very crampped conditions there are 7 people in a 3 bedroom house. He shares a room with his MUM and his 10yr old brother both boys sleep on the floor with no matress. He is fed up with the way he is treated by his mother, 28yr old sister and the lodger. His mum hits him and shouts at him. He told us the other day that he asked if he could live with his dad and was told no coz I will lose all the money I get. His mum got child tax credits through the other day of £250(which she gets weekly) she bought no shopping and said that the money was for the bills. SHE GETS HER RENT AND COUNCIL TAX PAID. the last time the kids got new clothes was lastyear the clothes they do wear have holes in.
What can be done if anything spoke to social services they are not interested help!
