NIDEK Coating List:
Anti-Reflection (AR) Coating, EMI Shield AR Coating, High Transparent Conductive Coating, Anti Smudge Coating, Bandpass Filter, Cold Mirror, Hot Mirror, Dichroic Mirror, Dichroic Filter, Beam Splitter for Optical Telecommunications, Optical Coating for Lasers, Aluminum Coating, Chromium Coating

Shielding is the use of plastic coating to reduce radiated EMI/RFI by reflection and/or absorption. Shielding should be placed where it best causes an abrupt discontinuity in the path of electromagnetic waves.
