All it is doing is promoting race-based hirings (which is what I thought it was supposed to prevent). It is so antiquated nowadays, I'm suprised it's still in effect. I am partly hispanic so I'm not complaining, I just think it sucks to be white.. For instance:
I work at an admissions committee at a law school- we take so many blacks and such with MUCH lower scores and reject so many whites with MUCH higher scores just to have diversity? I'd rather have the best scorers and who cares if they are from mars.

I have watched Japanese television that was made in the 1980's and that which was made recently: That from the 80's is far more intelligent and insightful than that made today, especially that show where they covered a naked man in chicken feed and released starving chickens on him. It reminds me a lot of Television here in north America, which has degenerated from lessons in life experience in the 80's to Jerry Springer today.

Hi, I need some advice! My hairdresser has recently told me that the ends of my hair are dry and splitting, even after being cut. What can I do to repair it? Also, my hair gets oily quite quickly and for that reason, cannot use some products. I use the new Pantene stuff for brunettes which leaves my hair feeling really clean and soft and would like to stick to it. I'm unsure about conditioners and intensive conditioners. I also use hairdryers and straighteners - I know these do damage to my hair but with my lifestyle, I just don't have time to leave it to dry naturally (nor want to in this cold weather!!) So, also any suggestions on brands and products for use when using hairdryers etc etc. Apart from the split ends and slight dryness, my hair is otherwise very shiny anyway. Please, any suggestions would be welcome (apart from rude ones!!).

4. Call it people who can work, but depend on the state

Don't people realise, what we take, we must give back, call it law of exchange, law of compensation, law of karma.

We do work someone, we expect to be reward in some way.

O.K My girlfriend broke up with me 2 weeks ago. She gave pretty feeble excuses, and we had been dating for a year. I had no contact whatsoever with her, until she asked the other day if i would mind going for a drink with her as friends. I went along...we just argued...and she spent the whole time telling me about a guy friend she met up wiv 4 1st time in 3yr...i stupidly admitted i loved her, and said that this whole friends thing wasnt working, and i walked out of the room. Since, I get texts saying how hurtful she was,sorry,& could we be friends.i ignored her.she then asks my friends have they seen me today cos she's worried about me!Anyway,yest i had enough,& textd her back saying that she hurt me 2much & to leave me alone,i said u've moved on,so should i.anyway,she replied saying she still has feelings 4me,& misses parts of our relationship,but doesnt want to date again.i agreed to meet her 4drink 2moro, but i backed out..then she said she was naive 2 think friends would work

Those birds think that she is their mother.She actually learns how to fly to teach them becouse they dont follow any one else.She then teaches the birds to migrate by leading the way to the migration.And in between there will be a police who want to detain those birds.At last she takes them to a safe place.
