Pangaea refers to ALL of the continents together, before the moving of tectonic plates.

Gondwana and Laurasia are names of some of the broken-from-Pangaea continents, but that were still much larger than those we have today.

There have been at least two super-continent assemblages, Pangaea during the middle Phanerozoic (Permian Period) Eon, some 300 million years ago, and Rhodinia during the middle Proterozoic Eon, some 1.5 billion years ago.
