I own a condo and want to install a window air conditioner. Problem is I don't have standard windows.And I've heard from numerous people that a window ac is much more effective and cheaper than a portable unit. I do have a sliding glass door. Anyone have any success in installing a window ac in a sliding glass door? The ac unit will prevent the door from fully closing and there would be a gap left at the top from the unclosed sliding door. How would you seal this gap? Also, another thought was using the window ac in the bedroom door way and dispensing the heat into the hallway. But then would have to find a way to seal the whole doorway and cutting a portion out of this seal to fit the ac. Or any other methods you might recommend to installing a "window" ac unit in locations other than a window.

I have known of a person who was diagnosed with stomach cancer and in 3 months he was dead.But I don't know whether he had gastric ulcer or not.But another person I know died of stomach cancer several years after he was operated on due to gastric ulcer.As H.pylori infection is a major causal factor for both, should an ulcer or an infection always precede cancer development?

I am working in one of the Multi-National Company in Cebu. I am temporary employee and my contract was only 3 months, I started my employment here since May 2006 and my contract was only 3 months. August 08, 2006 was the end of my contract yet until now I am still in the company. When I approached the HRD, they told me that they are waiting about the feedback from my superior but until now they don't have decision for me. The company is mimizing their manpower, can they terminate me anytime even though I am already working here for almost 8 months but not signed any contract? takes three days to be delivered?
I sell some things on eBay sometimes and when I post it to the winner I receive nice feed back the next day !!? But whenI buy something and they say they've posted it out it always takes three sometimes 5 days to come depending on wether they have posted first or second class.
I bought from QVC on friday morning and (although they over charge on postage £2.95, yet they'll send it secondclass for 84p) it should have come this morning, but it didn't. Why is this?

Well, I contacted my ex after 6 months - since we broke up...
I met this person last year, and we were in love, we broke up 6 months back - and today i decided to just say hi online -


1st he was very nice to me, and then after sometime, he started to act crazy - he started name calling - he said i was crazy - and then said he is in love with another women - I gave it back to him, however I just dont know why he behaved this way, or what i did to deserve this??

I have a 10 month old male pup that i was given recently but i have now found out it mauled the previous owners pet sheep quite severely . Will the pup have a taste for blood ?
