Someone had hit my car today and there was a witness. The other person didn't have insurance and since It was real minor, we agreed he would just buy a new headlamp and pay for the labor which is 300.00. I did get his number, address, DL #, # on his plates and even had him write a note stating he was at fault and would pay for damages. However it's been a couple of days and he hasn't returned my calls or anything and I don't know what to do. Do I bring him to small claims court, call the police, does anyone know if I can still do anything about it?????? I cannot report to DMV because damage is under 750.00. Does this mean he got away???

last week i fell out with my new neigbour as i saw him set his dog on one of my cats to get it out of his garden although at the time of the incident my cat was on my fence. i have since witnessed him do this again to someone elses cat and also when the cat ran under his shed to get away from the dog he took out a jet spray and tried to flush it out from under the shed. am i the only one who thinks this is bang out of order and is there any legal action that can be taken against him??

Today, I got the big envelope from USC saying I got accepted. Since USC already sent a letter saying they won't give me the scholarships I applied for, I won't be going because family can't afford it. My friend said SC will give a lot of money but even if they pay me half the tuition, it's still a lot. So...

I'm still waiting for UCB, UCLA, UCSD to tell me results at end of march. I already got in 5 UCs. (People ask me why i applied to schools i won't even go... well, i dunno where my potentials can take me... safety nets?). Happy to see my potentials met the USC standard. Although, I got rejected by Stanford early decision.

So do you think i can get into UCLA, UCB, and UCSD? I found out I made a typo in my personal statement. I must have accidentally pressed back space when copy and paste the personal statement... because "thirty" turned into "thity". I hope that they won't see it as a flaw and automatically eliminate me.

i know its a weird title but its cathcy and thats why you are reading this. my question is is there any disease that is transmitted through sex that results in loss of hair. or is it a condition of maybe lupus? I met this guy and i am ready to sleep with him but i heard about him losing hair hes only 19 and i was just curious if i was putting myself at any risk of catching a disease and i dont want to ask him since its personal and hes just my Spring fling....
