I wouldn't go any higher than 100 mg daily with clen. start out at a small dosage then increase it every couple of days to see how your body reacts. clen has a long half-life but it's still best to split the daily dosage into 2. some people like to run clen for many months and others will take clen for 2 weeks then use an ECA stack for 2 weeks and repeat

clen is actually pretty mild, maybe a 3-4% increase in the resting metabolic rate.
