UC Berkeley is a great school with very intensive research in nanotechnology. They will soon open a new nanofabrication facility, and they recently opened the Molecular Foundry (which has an entire floor devoted to nanoscale theory, including MD simulations).

Of course the usual suspects (Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, etc.) all have people working on MD too, but my vote is UCB.

You shouldn't be worrying about that stuff at such a young ge, however i would say UCB or university california berkely is our best chance.
