South Africa is about as democratic as Zimbabwe.

I have travelled widely in Africa and sadly have never found a truly democratic country there. South Africa is much more democratic than it was as now in theory at least as everyone has the right to vote. The South African Government however obviously don't want too much democracy in Zimbabwe as is seen by their support for the Mugabe Regime.
Maybe democracy like beauty is only in the eye of the beholder!.
