There are so many factors involved in helping you with this situation. How old are you? Where do you live? Are you still in school? Are you in an abusive situation? If you are not in an abusive situation, do not live in a country where there is a war raging, or in any situation that is basically devastating, then you have options. Read the Good Mood Book and use the workbook. There is some great advice in these books. Also, don't beat yourself up. Find ways to give yourself some slack. Write affirmations and hang them on the mirror or where you can see them repeatedly throughout the day. Write them as though they are fact now, such as "I am successful" "I am capable" "I am persevering" "I am intelligent" "I am willing to work as hard as necessary to accomplish my goals".
Good luck!

yes i have, an sometimes i still feel that way, but you know it does not stop me from trying to move forward, or change my way of life, or trying something new. Actually if i look back on my life i would not know where to begin to write about it, or the things i have been through, or the people i have meant , but even if i think it is dull, i can look back and see that it really wasn't, not for me or anyone around me at that time.
or even now. So you know i really do not know you, but you know yourself, lets hope at least a little bit, and you are going to have to find that place that is going to make you feel better about yourself and your life, cause i sure can not do that for you, cause i do not even know you. But you do need to replace those negative thoughts with positive ones every times that you find yourself haveing an negative thought.

I Would help you but i need more info. like your age, enviornment, gender and where your stuck? if anything... education is the best freedom. Set a goal and work hard at it. go to college far away. become very smart and then you wont ever have that problem.

pretend like you met an untimely death and write your obituary - include details of your life and what you accomplished
what do you want to be remembered by or for? do you want family (spouse/kids) when you grow up? what would you do if you had no restrictions on time, money, etc - if you could do anything in the world -w hat?

If you can take a trip out of the country or go somewhere you've never been. See something New...

Only you know the answer to this.
If you don't, you'll have to create something to look forward to! The world is a magical place full of wonderful things. Find something. :P
