If some one does not have a ticket they get a fine, no questions asked. We have to put up with continual delays and cancellations. I was late for a job interview and looked like a real pratt because of a signal failure and got there late. There must be a way of getting refunds for this sort of thing, we pay good money to use a poor service. I lift weights and do cardio 4X a week. I only eat chicken and am constantly trying to get extra protein. I heard cottage cheese may be a good way. Do any of you weight lifters eat it? Is it as healthy as I've heard it is? The consistency scares me but I am willing to try it for extra protein. I bought one of those cottage cheese doubles w/ raspberry sauce but I am afraid the sauce might be too much like a jelly and have too much sugar. Are those okay for 1st timers? It has 14 g of sugar I believe. Let me know your insights on cottage cheese please :)

I am sitting in my cubicle at my computer and my heart is pounding. I took my pulse and it's at 120 beats per minute...

I am 29 weeks pregnant.

This has happened to me before. My heart will race like this but it hasn't really since I've been pregnant. Is this because my body is working harder to get blood to the baby?? Should I be worried? Should I be going to the hospital??

I have very oily hair and I need help trying to find a shampoo that I can use everyday that will not make my hair dry or increase the oils. It seems when I try a shampoo that says "for oily hair" on the bottle, my hair gets very dry! Because my hair is greasy, I really do need to wash it everyday! Any suggestions...?

I mean be open and transparent, this is what we need honesty, and God said if we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins. I struggle with fornication. I can feel as if I'm free from it and soon as temptation comes, I find myself engaging in it. I've been praying about this, but I don't know if I'm praying to God sincerely with it.
