I mean be open and transparent, this is what we need honesty, and God said if we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins. I struggle with fornication. I can feel as if I'm free from it and soon as temptation comes, I find myself engaging in it. I've been praying about this, but I don't know if I'm praying to God sincerely with it. People think Christians are some out of this world people, we're no better than anybody else. The only thing we know a savior that washes us clean and white as snow. So body of Christ what's your struggles?

I'm so happy that you all who were honest and serious responded. The body of Christ goes through so much turmoil, but with the help of God, these issues we're having can be conquered, and is conquered through the Blood of the Lamb. I just want to say to all of you all, to stay prayerful, look up to the hills from whence cometh your help, your help comes from the Lord. Be Blessed, and stay strong.

You know sin is sin. Whether we fornicate, lie, commit homosexual acts, steal, gossip....it is all sin. One of the greatest thoughts that come to mind is that God even forgives us for sins we don't even recognize we are doing. Who can conceive the heart of a man? No one but God. For whatsoever a man thinketh, so is he. We all are sinners, so therefore none should judge another. However, we become judgers of our own flesh when we go against what we believe. That is what sin is, going against that which you believe according to your spirit. Finally as we grow, what we believe may change and other sins become recognized; that is the renewing of our minds in Christ Jesus.

I Corinthians 13:11. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12.For now we see through a glass darkly; but then...face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. 13.Now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

We are all sinners ,do you pray when the temptation comes ? In the book of Numbers 32 :23 at the end of it..."and be sure your sin will find you out ". Even though God will forgive this sin he will reprimand you later some how.

actual/earthly sins are equivalent in accordance to the bible. Sin is sin inspite of which one. there is no such element slightly sin. that's slightly like somebody asserting a woman is slightly pregnant, she the two is or she isn’t. although, if we rather repent of our sins, settle for Jesus the Son of God, as Our Lord and Savior and settle for the Holy Sprit Jesus will supply us from all our sins, the only element that's no longer forgiven is conversing against the Holy Ghost, some might say completely denying the Holy Ghost. Matthew 12:32: And whosoever shall communicate a be conscious against the Son of guy, it will be forgiven him: yet he that shall communicate against the Holy Ghost, it shall no longer be forgiven him, neither in this international, nor in the international to return. which might certainly make for the reason that, for the reason that with the intention to be saved and forgiven of our sins one ought to settle for the Holy Sprit into their heart. If one completely rejects the Holy Ghost or faster or later pushes the Holy Sprit away how can one be saved / forgiven?

Heb 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

Obviously all sin is a hindrance to Christian living, but use of the definite article (the sin) seems to indicate a particular sin. If there is one particular sin that hinders the race of faith it is unbelief, doubting God. Doubting and living in faith contradict each other.

Unbelief entangles the Christian’s feet so that he cannot run. It wraps itself around us so that we trip and stumble every time we try to move for the Lord, if we try at all. It easily entangles us. When we allow sin in our lives, especially unbelief, it is quite easy for Satan to keep us from running.

I struggle with the same thing as well. I can go a couple of days, then I will stop focusing on God and then I find myself in a hole again. Reminds me of the Relient K song "Forward Motion".

Nihil, sure we could do that, but we love God, and to do such acts would be against Him. If one is truly saved, then one shouldn't want to commit acts against God.

my sin is it's HARD for me to forgive. I don't know why

in general:
Killing your self is the worst...once its done that's it! all other can be stopped or changed

As for fornication:
I am currently reading that sex is not a bad thing. It is NOT a sin. the church makes us think it is cus it involes a woman beening equal to a man at that moment. There is also evidence that Jesus may of had sex at on time too. . Think about it!! Across all religion, maybe?? even Atheist.... marriage and sex is one of the most important thing to do. It life. ( respect your temple...im not saying go be a hoe)

Some have a " thorn in the flesh " to keep them humbled. The perfection will come in the spiritual realm. However, the cleaner your conscious is the more you can see God work in your life.

PRIDE.
If people really saw how much time is spent on thinking or talking about themselves and trying to find ways to appease their needs, you would see that it's a pandemic. In fact all sins come from this one sin.
