I tend to take awhile before I bring a man to my home. Some of my friends say my timing of that may be too long. So...wanted to ask you guys . . .

When do you feel it is too short a period of time OR too long a time when first being invited to a woman's home ?

I like to know what a guy is about first before I invite him to my home for the first time. I don't mind being invited and going to his home...yet, timing of my home is different for me.

I like to know a guy for six weeks or so before inviting him over to my home. That way I can better gage the character of the man. Safe to say...I've had very few men over to my home...they did'nt get past the decent character phase. Such is life. Your thoughts ? Honest answers please.

I am currently living in CA (my bf said he would buy me the ticket and all) and now my mom has been trying to find reasons for me not to go and trying to make me feel like going to see him is a bad choice, but I want to see him! My gf and I have been together for a few months but we are in a long distance relationship. I sms her everyday and try to call her twice a week until we will be together again. The thing is that yesterday I sent her 2 sms and didn't get any answer from her. I sent one this evening and didn't get any answer yet...

Last week I asked her if she would be on internet and she said she would but i couldn't make it to be on to chat with her so I don't know if she is holding a little grudge over that :(

I am pretty sure that she is angry since she didn't reply, but I just want to know if you guys have any opinion about that?

Lastly should i call her tonight or leave it till she calls me back?

I was disapointed to see this entry on a superstitions web site. I love them and have started a collection of feathers, pictures, and figurines. Do people believe these things? Is that why it is so hard for me to find more peacock items?

I have tenditis in my left wrist and it still hurts bad. How long does tenditis usually last? I ask b/c at work every time I turn in a note from my dr saying I can't push in carts Amanda always gets upset w/ me and it's not my fault that I was diagnosed w/ this.I will not compromise my health b/c health is importnant to me.I try to push in 1 cart at a time but Janice told me she doesn't want me to do lot duty until my wrist gets better.

On my '98 Chrysler Town and Country minivan I hear an intermittant low pitched buzzing noise in the front end when the car comes to a stop or is stopped and running. It dissapears as soon as you start driving. Any ideas?

ok i've known him for almost three months now. yeah, we work at the same place. Truth is I cant say that I like him..up front! I am having a heart cath and stents procedure in about 9 hours and yet my mother just called me ( middle of the night) to start screaming at me about how i didn't stop an ice storm 2 years ago from ruining her stuff and then she starts telling me she hopes i die since i didn't save her stuff. Heck all my stuff, my sister's mothers stuff and my grandmothers stuff was ruined in the storm and yet she picks tonight of all nights to flip out on me. I told her i couldn't control the weather and that i couldn't deal with her problems right now and her reply was " Well i've never understood you anyhow so why don't you just die. I will be praying for your death". I am so upset that i just can't stop thinking about it and i can't sleep. Considering when i had surgery in Dec. i almost died ( my organs started shutting down) i can't believe what a cruel, heartless b**ch she is. I can't help believing she really wants me to die for something i had no control over. I know i need to calm down but how
