I am about to become unemployed when the company I work for shuts at the end of the month. My artner and I have been setting up a successful design business that creates illustrations and 3D designs for game, multimedia etc.

I estimate it'll take 3 months to start making money but I have a morgage I still need to pay so are there any govenment loans or grants I can apply for to help me while I set up the new business?

We are planning to move in the next couple of months and want to find somewhere with beautiful scenery, nice people, history, nice place for children to grow up and other good things.

I'm trying to decide if I should take my 1 year old baby on a trip with me for a week. My husband has offered to stay home with the baby so we don't expose her to the many risks of a foreign country and flying with a cold/ear infection. Who do you think will be worse off during/after the trip - me or the baby?!

My husband is the best dad in the world, by the way - he was a stay at home dad with baby #1 and does just fine without me.

Hi my girlfriend is six weeks pregnant and she started to bleed this morning not a whole lot but enough to get her freaked out beyond belief, she said it was a small bit of dried blood like a small clot. What is going on! Have you experienced this before!!!

On Mar 5th i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend[knowingly].. He ejaculated in me. Then Mar 7th[the day before
my period] i had unprotected sex again with my boyfriend[knowingly] The Mar 8th my period came on.. first it was light

I heard the government is starting to say lethal injection is cruel and unusual? I think we should go back to hanging, we would have less crime if punishments would be carried out faster also.

i have been perscribed melatonin for sleep recently by my consultant, but there had to be several authorisations and certificates before i could get it. only 1 designated pharmacy can stock it and i can't find any information about it.

I have been told many times that I'm beautiful. So why is that the guys who show interest in me are ugly men 30+ years old? Most of the cute boys around my age ignore me.

Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I want to go away this summer, for a week in early June. We've been looking at Albufeira, but some people have told us it's too much like Benidorm and really tacky, whereas others loved it, so we're a bit confused!

Just to give you an idea of what we want:
1. Hot weather (around 27 degrees C maybe)
2. Good beaches
3. Good nightlife and restaurants
4. At least SOME opportunity to see the sights of a more authentic Portugal, away from the resort
5. Activities and day trips, like zoo, tours, theme park, etc
6. Busy but not absolutely rammed
7. Not full of 'rowdy, bald-headed, beer-bellied, trouble-making English tourists' (that's my boyfriend's input....)

So we just wondered if anyone has been there and if it sounds like a) the right destination for us and b) if we're going at the right time of year (in terms of weather and how busy it is)
