I have had that to happen to me.I called the ISP that I use. Don't remember what I did. When my puter gives me trouble

I TURN THE TOWER & THE MONITER OFF AND UNPLUG FROM THE WALL PLUG AND THE PHONE LINE AND PLUG THEM BACK AND TURN THE MONITOR & TOWER ON .

If this don't work then call the ISP you use. Goog luck
