I'm gonna spend 3 weeks in Colorado this month. What sim card is the cheapest for make and receive calls in the US?

Last I heard Cingular was the cheapest, unless you just need a phone to tie you over while you are out of town. Get a pay as you go sim card or do a prepaid thats about the only way you would get a sim card for cheap and a free phone. Also try eBay, there are some cheaper than $10 on there for like T-Mobile. If you order directly from T-Mobile its $30, I know because thats my service provider. Try Virgin Mobile, T-Mobile, Cingular, and SunCom all those offer prepaid/pay as you go services.
