I have been meaning to ask if anyone knows if distilled water is the best for us to drink. Basically, the purest. I read somewhere ( can't recall now ) that distilled water is the one we should be drinking. I am going to date myself here and say that I remember my mother only using distilled water in the iron, as she said it had something to do with keeping them from rusting. I buy distilled water to drink & some of my friends tell me that I am crazy to be drinking it.

Do men oragasm everytime they have an ejaculation (through love making)? I wonder because when I asked my boyfriend how many times he has an orgasm when he comes he said he didn't know. He said 'How would anyone know?'.

If you have a proper orgasm surely you know if you do it once or more than that?

for about 4 years now my grandpa has been really depressed or something.First i'll give you some background my grandpa
was born in 1942 and he grew up in a little town in texas working the fields and he grew up in a big familly with all sisters,he got married to my grandma and had a son(my uncle)and a daughter(my mom)he worked hard with little education making just enough money to live happily,after about 7 years my grandparents bought a house,they were happy my grandpa was always the one to get up and go to church or go outside and work in the yard or fix something...he had a good job they live happily,kids graduated and moved out(not far)he kept up with his jobe till he was about 61 when he was laid off,and just sat there,about 4 years now hes been sick deppressed he stays in bed saying its cold outside he dosent even like to go shopping anymore he dosent like to go outside dosent even go to church im so confused and family is going sick with confusision any of this sound familiar??

My mind litterally controls me. The problem is that my mind is out of control. It can be obsessed with a quiet ticking sound while the others in the room can concentrate on thier work.

It (my mind) becomes do obssesed that is can no longer relativize and prioritize events in my life.

I'm 5'6" and 128 pounds.
I used to be 125..and I want to get back there.
But it's like no matter what I do..I stay here.
What can I do to get back to 125 and stay there?

I do:
- 20 minutes of aerobics daily
- stationery bike (sometimes everyday) about 10-20 minutes
- 200-300 side crunches daily

I have a necklace chain for a silver heart of mine and the chain as pictured is silver. I got my boyfriend a matching gold heart and I would like to have the same chain necklace but in a type of gold (or fake gold, by request because he doesn't like flashy stuff). I can't remember where i got the chain before because it has been at least 3 years. Does anyone know the specific name of the chain? I would really like to get this for my boyfriend's birthday. I'm 26 and very rarely approached by men. I have been told that I'm cute and dress well. I am intelligent and have a sense of humor. Also a big sports fan. Usually when I'm out with friends I am having a good time so its not like I am acting like a b****. What is going on? I don't have a problem approaching them. Its just nice to have them come to you sometimes. I don't have a problem with being single. I'm not desperate. Its just sometimes I would like to have someone instead of the same disappointments.

if u read my last question u know i was recently diagnosed. one of the worst symptoms i have though is my throat closing up. it feels closed up pretty much all the time. there is no pain so i know it isn't strep throat or anything like that but i feel like when i eat i'm going to choke on my food. any suggestions on how to get rid of this one particular symptom. i'm skinny enough so i really need to eat but am i doomed to just soft foods until i get better? ty so much everybody who has helped me through this so far. u guys are really great!

I decided to choose the marantz receiver SR5001,but when i go around the mall yesterday i saw another two brands which is a receiver of Denon AVR-1805 and Onkyo TX-SR-603. And my another one problem was, is the Bose 304 speaker for front,Bose VCS-30 for rear and center,and a US Audio Subwoofer for their Sub. I didnt know whih of the receiver is really tested to work very good,and also the speakers i mentioned if it work great too? Please help me,i didnt know what brand of receiver i go. I search for a help here for a month,to help menimise my confused mind.coz i dont want to spend my money in one stuff that i did not satisfy my self.
Please,please help me,to answer all of my problem.
