Do men oragasm everytime they have an ejaculation (through love making)? I wonder because when I asked my boyfriend how many times he has an orgasm when he comes he said he didn't know. He said 'How would anyone know?'.
If you have a proper orgasm surely you know if you do it once or more than that?

No, orgasm and ejaculation are two separate things. we can orgasm without ejaculation or ejaculate without orgasm or both together. All three are good :)
I agree with you, he can make an estimate. Average times per year by partnered sex plus average per year by masturbating.

I think that anytime you ejaculate, technically you have had an orgasm. But speaking for myself, they vary in how much pleasure is achieved. So only 20% of the time do I feel like I have really ORGASMED.

Orgasm and ejaculation usually go together, but it is possible for a man to orgasm without ejaculating, or to ejaculate without having an orgasm.

you ejaculate BECAUSE you orgasm. so count the number of times he ejaculates during sex.
